Witt/Kieffer is recruiting for a Divisional CFO for the Hospital Sisters Health System-Western Wisconsin Division. Hospital Sisters Health System is a $1.6 billion, AA rated, 13 hospital system. The Western Wisconsin Division is composed of two hospitals plus medical groups and other entities. Sacred Heart Hospital, in Eau Claire, is a 344-bed general acute care hospital with net operating revenues of $186 million and an 11.6% margin; St. Joseph’s Hospital is a 217-bed general acute care hospital with $63.7 million in net operating revenue and a 12% margin. Thus, total revenues for the division are $249.7 million with around 12% margin, which is unheard of in today’s healthcare environment. We seek a seasoned CFO with CPA and/or Masters.
